43200 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 43200 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 43200 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy which form part of this agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 43200 platform or its services. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 43200 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 43200 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login information secure.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. 43200 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify the information you have provided. Failure to submit the required documents may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
- Enter your full name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
- Use a valid, active email address for platform communications.
- Choose a strong, unique password — never share it with anyone.
- Notify the 43200 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the 43200 platform, you agree to use the services solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, market manipulation or unlawful collusion with other users.
- Using automation software, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform's systems.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner that goes against the stated terms and conditions.
- Registering using a false identity or inaccurate information.
Any breach of the terms of use may result in immediate action, including account suspension, account closure, and freezing of balances associated with the reported activity.

FAQ4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 43200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use belongs to them and is legally valid.
Accepted deposit methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and other local payment methods listed on the platform at the relevant time. 43200 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or payment method that has been verified and registered in the user's name. 43200 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies.
- Transactions suspected of fraud will be investigated and funds may be frozen during the investigation.
- 43200 does not cover any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.
- All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements stated separately.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
43200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting or gaming.
The 43200 platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. Technical disruptions, system maintenance, or factors beyond our control may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable.
Account Suspension: 43200 reserves the right to immediately suspend a user's account if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of the terms of use, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users will be notified via their registered email address in the event of a suspension.
Account Closure: Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the 43200 support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the review. For accounts closed due to a terms violation, balances associated with the violating activity may not be refunded.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Third-Party Links: The 43200 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are outside our control. 43200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of such third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms: 43200 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
